Yahoo loses market share as Mozilla Firefox users set Google as their default search engine

with more and more people buying products and services online the domestic digital commerce market is expected to cross 1 lakh crore rupees by the end of 2015 according to a report by IAMAI and IMRB international. The report said the current market is valued at Rs.81525 crores at the end of December 2014 and steadily growing from Rs 26263 crores in 2010 to Rs 47349 crores in 2012 to Rs 53301 crores in 2013. The travel transaction has provided the primary fueling factor to the industry accounting for 61% of the market. Non-travelling transaction contributes to the remaining 29%.there are 232 million users in the country who access the internet at least once a month. Converting the segment of Non-shoppers to Shoppers will increase the market size of eCommerce in India.
